Immunization Reminder!

INCOMING 7TH GRADERS: 2 immunizations are required by the States of Texas before entrance into 7th grade (Tdap & MCV4). Per Texas Law, students missing immunizations will not be allowed to attend classes until their record is up to date. Schedules will be held until immunizations are up to date.

What paperwork will I need? PDFs of our forms can be found in the right hand banner. You may also email me with your student's specific health condition and I can send you the correct forms.

I am excited to be a part of the Tomball Jr. High family!

A little about me. . .I am a proud graduate of Baylor University and have been married since 2005 with 3 active boys. My nursing experience includes over 15 years in the hospital setting before becoming a school nurse in 2018.

My goal is to keep the students healthy so they can do their absolute best in the classroom.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call or email me.
